Having worked with many event planners over the years, I've learned that being attentive, detailed, personable, flexible, and professional, are just as important as providing appropriate and excellent music for an event.  The musicians Charleston Heritage Entertainment contracts are hand picked for both their musicianship and their professionalism.  We emphasize the importance of appropriate dress, appropriate volume levels, punctuality, and a professional demeanor with all of our artists!  

 

I will personally be on site for many of our contracted events.  For those I am not present for, one of the musicians will be appointed as the Charleston Heritage representative and will be available for any needs, changes, concerns, and ‘unknowns’.  We understand the importance of detailed agreements and planning, but we also understand that events are a fluid environment where circumstances may call for flexiblility!
